Requests for returns or exchanges for retail items must be submitted within four days of your receiving your items.
Refunds
All purchases are currently available via Click and Collect or delivery which means items should be sighted at the time of the transaction and reviewed by the purchaser.
If there is an issue with your purchase within four days of receiving your item please email us at hello@evawild.com.au and we will review the issues and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
Please note, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
If you are seeking a refund on a retail item, the product must be unused, in the same condition as it was when purchase including in the original packaging.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@evawild.com.au and we will arrange a replacement
